Set up fee: $100 for first lien, $50 for second lien

Monthly fee: $35/month for single lien, additional $10 for double lien holders

Payoff Demand Fee: $35

Deboarding Fee/Servicing Transfer Fee: $100 for first lien, $50 for second lien
